Roasted beetroot, black turtle bean and chickpea patty with tobacco onions, pickled Roma tomato, Little Green Garage microgreens, iceberg lettuce and Green Goddess dressing in a Food Envy suprême croissant. With the name lifted from California Dreamin’, it’s inspired by the 60s hippy peace and love movement, this burger celebrates California’s legacy of vegetarianism and iconic flavours.

We’re teaming up with Garage Project to showcase beer’s sweeter side during the last weekend of Wellington on a Plate. This indulgent collaboration pairs a range of never-seen-before pastries, fried chicken and other showstoppers with Garage Project favourites, a curated selection of dessert beers, and two exclusive brews crafted especially for Milk Bar.
Inspired by playful and nostalgic flavours, over three nights Garage Project will bring back the spirit of the original 2015
Milk Bar event, while offering something fresh for first-timers and we can’t wait.
